How fast is my server ready?
Setup starts the moment your payment is confirmed. Most servers are running within a few minutes; a first-time Rust download can take a little longer.
Which plan should I pick?
Lite suits a small group of friends, Standard is right for most community servers, and Pro has room for big maps, modpacks and full servers. Dedicated gives you a whole machine no one else uses; our team sets each one up, usually within a business day.
Can I install mods and plugins?
Yes. Rust supports Carbon and uMod (Oxide), Minecraft supports Paper plugins and Fabric or Forge mods, and Project Zomboid supports Steam Workshop mods.
How do backups work?
Every plan includes backup slots. Create a backup whenever you like and restore it to roll your world back.
How do I get help?

Can I cancel?
Yes, there's no contract on monthly or yearly plans. Cancel from your account and your server stays up until the end of the period you paid for.
